Navid Sedaghati,
LLM, B.Ec(Ec/Bkng&Fin), DipPR, SA Fin  Navid Sedaghati is the Managing Partner of the Kellyville office and the Family Law Centre, and has extensive experience in litigation. His areas of practice include Property law (including property development, development site acquisitions, options), commercial disputes, commercial transactions including sale and acquisition of businesses, commercial leases, corporations law, insolvency, planning and environment law (including local government disputes, subdivisions, defending environmental prosecutions), and the negotiation of contracts.
Navid is a Solicitor and Barrister in NSW, ACT and for the High Court of Australia. He has substantial experience in Law, Business, and Management. He has not only acted for and against major corporations but has also served as Director on prominent Boards of Directors. Navid has also played an active role in numerous volunteer organisations and clubs.

in the Supreme, District, Federal, Family, Federal Magistrates, Local,
and Land and Environment Courts. He prides himself in providing great

Peter Dawson is the Managing Partner of the Dural and Mount Druitt offices, and has an extensive legal experience. Peter was first admitted as a Barrister in 1968, and as a Solicitor in 1970. In 1972 he opened Peter Dawson & Co in Blacktown and by 1975 that firm also operated branches at Burwood and Katoomba. From 1977 he practised as a Barrister specialising in Criminal and Family Law, and served two terms as an acting Crown Prosecutor before again being admitted as a Solicitor in 1998.
Peter’s interests away from work have always been in volunteer service, particularly thorough Lions Australia, The Law Society of NSW and the Australian Paralympic Committee. The positions that he has held in the community include:-
In the past 10 years Peter has given keynote addresses at over 300 Professional, Business and Service Club Conventions and Meetings. In recognition of his contribution to the local community for the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games, he was honoured to be only one of the very few people selected to carry both the Olympic and Paralympic Torches.
